Refund Policy

At Commando Commission, we are committed to providing high-quality firearms training and services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to reschedule, cancel, or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued.

 

Training Courses & Classes

  • Deposits & Payments:
    All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by Customer:

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or processing fees.

    • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the class date are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class date are non-refundable.

  • No-Shows:
    Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

  • Rescheduling:
    Customers may request to reschedule a class at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking. Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur a fee or may not be permitted, depending on class capacity.

 

Cancellations by Commando Commission

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to:

  • Instructor illness or emergency

  • Inclement weather or unsafe training conditions

  • Insufficient enrollment

If we cancel a class, customers will be offered:

  1. A full refund, or

  2. Transfer to another available class date at no additional cost.

 

Private & Group Training

Refunds and rescheduling for private or group training sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Gift Certificates & Vouchers

  • Gift certificates and training vouchers are non-refundable.

  • They may, however, be transferred to another individual with written notice provided to Commando Commission.

 

Merchandise

If Commando Commission sells merchandise (apparel, gear, or accessories):

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Firearm-related parts, ammunition, or safety equipment (e.g., ear/eye protection) are final sale and cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
