This course introduces students to the essentials of operating a carbine with an IR laser under night vision. Designed for those looking to expand their capabilities into low-light and no-light environments, this training provides a strong foundation in both equipment setup and practical application. Learning Objectives: Helmet and night vision setup for comfort and effectiveness Carbine IR laser setup and considerations Zeroing procedures for IR lasers Active and passive aiming techniques Carbine transitions IR to white light transitions Shooting and moving under night vision End State: By the end of this course, students will gain the knowledge and confidence to operate effectively with night vision and IR-equipped carbines, building a foundation for advanced low-light/no -light tactical operations.
