"What resonates most with me is his growth mindset. No matter his experience level or background working alongside some of the most elite, he still approaches training with the mindset of: "How can I continue getting better so the people around me get better too?"​

One thing I especially respect is how intentional he is with every person in the class. It's easy for instructors at his caliber to naturally gravitate toward the more seasoned shooters while unintentionally overlooking the newcomers. Ben doesn't do that. he takes the time to meet each person where they are, regardless of experience level, while still challenging those who have been doing this for years. That balance is rare.
